 Todd Anderson has been called the dog whisper.. he has years of experience, one of the most solid and advanced gundog training programs.  He reads the dogs and works with the personality and abilities of the dogs, to build them into a fine gundog.  His daughter Christine has worked with her dad for years to become a top trainer, and is a full time gundog and retriever trainer at Anderson Ranch Gundogs. Christine also does Antler Shed Training for her gundog clients.

Anderson family has trained well over 1000 gundogs and retrievers. We have a very solid and proven training program, from beginner hunting program to more advanced.  Our goal is to take a well bred gundog to it’s full potential, with fun techniques and training sessions.  Starting with understanding each dog in for training, from personality to how each prospect learns best.  Building the foundation, and then bringing it all together into a well groomed gundog.  We run dogs on birds daily on our beautiful gundog training facility near Graham, TX.  

Todd Anderson grew up with birddogs and hunting grouse, woodcock, sharptail, Hungarian partridge, ducks and geese in northern MN, along the Manitoba Canadian border.  Todd’s passion for gundogs and hunting upland and waterfowl stem from his many years exposed to incredible trained gundogs and living in an area that he could hunt thousands of acres of great bird country.  Along with this annually hunting Pheasants in SD.  

Uninquivily building bird dogs and retrievers is his biggest passion.  His love for building bird dogs, is not only after years in business, and corporate world, now become full time training on his Ranch near Graham Texas.. He says that you got to take a young gundog prospect and put them in a good environment that is built around areas that will bring out the natural gundog prospects enthusiasm for hunting and chasing birds, and build the discipline into them to do this with the intent to be a partner to the owner.  Which takes a proven training program, trainer with years of top experience, patient and love for each of the gundog prospects.   You got to read the dog and know what and how they work, and build them into a fine gundog, with a  solid foundation, with no holes or bad habits in them.

Rhonda and Todd, have three daughters that all have been groomed under Todd as top professional gundog trainers.   Our family lives, breaths an sleeps gundogs.. it is our passion and lifestyle.  We have a beautiful office on our ranch, to take your call, answer your questions and book your gundog prospect into our training program.   Along with a pro shop of amazing branding clothing, from our Trade Mark clothing and gear lines… Hunt Dog Mania.
